What Relationships Fill You?

April 24, 2007 · 1 Comment

Driving home last night from my office, I was full of gratitude, satisfaction, a sense of well-being. I laughed, remembering how rarely I felt that way after a day’s work at my corporate job.

  • I talked with a teen, trying to find his identity amongst his peers. He’s discovering what matters to him, most.
  • I talked with a college student who is working to either repair or find peace with her relationship with her dad. She had a huge break through last week.
  • I talked with a woman who’s divorcing, and doing it respectfully and mindfully.
  • I talked with a young mother who is working to balance her superwoman habits into something more workable for herself and her family.

All of these clients are working on themselves, in relationship.

They fill me with their courage and their willingness to look at the hard stuff, and I am honored to be part of their lives.

What relationships fill you?

Take a moment to share,

Becky
